Temple-town travel runs on dates: the day a booking window opens, the day a temple gate opens, the day a festival floods a city. Yatra Alerts carries exactly those moments — by email and WhatsApp, free.
What an alert looks like
- “Kashi Vishwanath Dev Deepawali bookings open” — with the official link, and nothing else.
- “Magh Mela 2027 notification is out — dates confirmed” — linking the tracker page.
- “Char Dham 2027 registration is live” — the day the portal opens.
- “Bhasma Aarti quota window opens” — city-specific, opt-in per city.
What it is not
- Not a newsletter grind. A handful of sends a month at most — the list exists for the dates that change plans, not for content delivery.
- Not shared, not sold. The list is 1city’s owned asset and your inbox stays yours.
- Not daily. If nothing happened, nothing is sent.
The current alert calendar (what we’re watching now)
| Watch | Expected moment |
|---|---|
| Dev Deepawali 2026 (24 Nov, Varanasi) — UP govt programme | Oct–Nov 2026 |
| Deepotsav 2026 (7 Nov, Ayodhya) — final notifications | Oct 2026 |
| Magh Mela 2027 — Mela Authority notification | Nov 2026–Jan 2027 |
| Char Dham 2027 — registration + kapat dates | Feb–Mar 2027 |
| Sawan 2027 — temple arrangements | Jun–Jul 2027 |
Joining is the difference between seeing the announcement and missing the window — the booking calendars for Shirdi (60-day quotas), Tirupati (24th-of-month releases) and Kashi Vishwanath’s aarti tickets all reward being early by days.
