The calculator offers three travel styles: Budget (hostels, local restaurants, shared transport), Mid Range (3-star hotels, restaurants, private cabs, standard attractions), and Luxury (heritage/5-star properties, fine dining, private transfers, premium experiences). Each style uses different base daily rates from the 1City destination database.

The calculator applies a seasonal multiplier to the base daily rate. Peak Season (October–March) uses the standard rate (×1.00). Shoulder Season (April, May, September) applies a ~15% reduction (×0.85). Monsoon Season (June–August) applies a ~30% reduction (×0.70). These multipliers reflect average market rates and booking platform patterns across Rajasthan destinations.

The estimate covers four categories: Accommodation (35–50% of total, depending on travel style), Food & Dining (20–30%), Transport within the destination (18–20%), and Activities & Entry fees (12–15%). International or intercity travel to reach the destination is not included. Costs are per-person estimates that reflect 1City destination research data.

Each estimate displays a Data Confidence score (0–100). Scores above 70 indicate High or Very High confidence based on structured research from booking platforms, tourism sources, and market data. Estimates are updated annually. Actual trip costs vary based on booking timing, specific property choices, and individual preferences.
